Why choose Southern Property Conveyancing?
Convenient & flexible
I offer a convenient and flexible service and can meet with you to discuss your contract or sign documents at a time that suits your lifestyle/work commitments. Unlike many Conveyancers, I am available to my clients 7 days a week (by appointment - including evenings). You are welcome to come to my Morphett Vale office to sign, or if more convenient, documents can be posted to you. A local mobile service is also available – I can come to you at your home or work.
Independent
Don’t just accept the Agent’s recommendation – make an independent choice. As your independent advocate, I will protect your interests and keep you informed every step of the way. I will assist you to exercise your responsibilities under the contract as well as ensure your rights are not being denied or diminished
Personal
I personally deal with every aspect of your transaction, which means I can answer all your questions! I will take the time to properly explain to you the effect of document clauses or conditions, and ensure that you are kept informed of your settlement progress via your preferred means of communication (eg telephone - day or evening, email or mail). When you call you will speak directly to me, and when you email, I will personally respond. Many buyers and sellers never see or speak to their Conveyancer at any stage of the process, however I believe that it is important for you to know and understand what I am doing on your behalf, and to trust that I am acting in your best interest.
Understanding of special circumstances
I will ask you questions to determine your specific circumstances. Please feel free to advise me of any factors that may impact on your transaction, such as:
- tight time limits
- specific concerns/requirements
- severe financial restrictions
- refinancing of a current loan
As your Conveyancer I will liaise with all involved parties (banks, agents, mortgage brokers, the other party’s Conveyancer, etc) to ensure settlement occurs on the agreed date. It is best to advise me of your circumstances as soon as possible, so as to avoid any surprises or misunderstandings that could possibly delay your transaction. Any delays in settlement can result in default interest being charged or enabling the other party to terminate the contract.
