Many buyers and sellers never see or speak to their Conveyancer at any stage of the process, however we believe that it is important for you to know and understand what we are doing on your behalf, and to trust that we are acting in your best interests.

We offer a convenient and flexible service and can meet with you to discuss your contract or sign documents at a time that suits your lifestyle/work commitments. Contract & Form 1, we offer after-hours appointments at our Old Reynella office when needed.

Understanding of special circumstances
We understand that property transactions can be stressful. Our role is to guide you and keep you informed throughout the process. We will ask you questions to determine your specific circumstances as it is important that we are advised of any factors that may impact on your transaction, such as:
- tight time limits
- specific concerns / requirements
- severe financial restrictions
- refinancing of a current loan
As your Conveyancer we will liaise with all involved parties (banks, agents, mortgage brokers, the other party’s Conveyancer, etc) to organize settlement for the agreed date. It is best to advise us of your circumstances as soon as possible as clear communication helps to avoid any surprises or misunderstandings that could possibly delay your transaction.
